“One Stop” Service

Depending on your requirements, our "One Stop" service can include all of the following:
• Investigate title, including a search for registered mortgages judgments or liens, obtain and review plans and restrictions registered at the Land Title Office and/or searches at the Personal Property Registry;
• Obtain BC Assessment Authority information;
• Conduct searches at municipal offices;
• Discuss with you the appropriate selling price for the property;
• Assist you to prepare a property condition disclosure statement;
• Prepare, display, and distribute sale particulars;
• Erect and remove a "For Sale" sign;
• Advertise in newspapers, on the internet and/or on our web site and on websites of our associates providing services for solicitor property sales;
• Provide information packages about the property to potential purchasers, brokers, or other solicitors as advisable to best promote the property;
• Show potential purchasers the property and handle any inquiries or requests;
• Review and advise you of any purchase offers and negotiate terms as instructed by you;
• Review and advise you on entering into a contract of purchase and sale including any counter offers;
• Draft the necessary contract of purchase and sale;
• Monitor and advise on the removal of any "subject to" clauses;
• Obtain and review with you payout statements for any mortgages, judgments or liens as required;
• Review and advise you on transfer of title including all adjustments and arrange for execution of all documents;
• Pay out and discharge any registered mortgages, judgments and liens on title;
• Effect legal transfer of the title;
• Disburse the sale proceeds as required or instructed by you; and,
• Provide final reporting to you.
