Service Packages Offered by PropertyCentre.ca to support "For Sale by Owner"
Of course not everyone needs or wants the full range of services we offer. Some people do not mind dealing with all the technical details and are quite happy to deal directly with a potential seller or buyer. . For these individuals, PropertyCentre.ca offers services designed to support them as they go through the process of buying or selling.
We have designed the following service packages as listed below to support the "For Sale by Owner". To select the service package that is best suited for your needs in buying or selling real estate such as your house, a vacant lot, or acreage, click on one of the links below:
| Basic Listing Service | For a fee of $ plus GST, you can list your property for sale on our website for a period of 6 months. The listing includes 6 photos supplied by you, contact details for you, and a description of up to 200 words. |
| Select Listing Plus | For an additional fee of $ , we will prepare a customized Property Condition Disclosure Statement, provide a title search for your property showing the legal description and registered charges such as easements and covenants, and provide you with templates for preparing an offer to purchase, subject removal addendum, and up to 12 photos provided by you will form part of the listing.

| Premium Listing Service | For a flat fee of 1.5 % of the selling price, we will provide all of the following services:
- Listing on our website for up to 6 months
- Up to 18 photos supplied by you to be included on the website
- A description of your property of up to 200 words
- Obtain and review with you a title search for your property (limited to 2 separate titles)
- Provide an Offer to Purchase completed with the specific details for your property such as legal description and including all non-financial encumbrances that will remain on title and financial encumbrances (such as mortgages or judgments) that will be cleared from title on closing.
- Standard form addendums and waivers that you can use to add or remove subject conditions, or extend time limits.
- Obtain and provide to you copies of all non-financial charges (to a maximum of 6 charges);
- Up to 3 hours of consultation with Sucha S. Ollek which you can use to get a review a review of any offers or counter-offers, advise on any subject conditions in any offers, or general advise related to the purchase and sale of the property.
